(ii) new business clients who joined from June 5 2024

Existing Business Customers
These terms and conditions apply to Existing Business Customers who are dealing with OzForex Limited (trading as OFX) | ABN 65 092 375 703 | AFS Licence number 226 484.
Existing Business Customers include:
(i) Business Customers who joined OFX before June 5 2024;
(ii) Business Customers who are referred by a Partner;
(iii) Online Sellers;
(iv) New Business Customers who would like to purchase Forward Contracts; or
(v) Business Customers without a corporate email address.
Personal
These terms and conditions apply to Personal Customers who are dealing with OzForex Limited (trading as OFX) | ABN 65 092 375 703 | AFS Licence number 226 484.
